@herculezg Wow. I love this A LOT. Powerful, emotional, and a truth that no one other than professional athletes could ever understand.

I’m unsure if Javier is talking to his child in this video, but I believe there's a hint of that pain linked to admitting your failures to your loved ones. You develop thick skin in this line of work. But family hits differently. ❤️‍🩹

I just won an all-expensed paid trip to Downtown Houston on a Tuesday and I get to skip work and get paid and I think there's free coffee and WiFi! #JuryDuty

@Coach_Jerm2006 My current high school team has a few ECNLRL & ECNL players, and they're very good. But they're not better solely because of club. Their club teams are a collection of good players. It's not player development, it's player collection.

For the people who will no doubt come after me for my stance on HS soccer needing to be the priority for development.... please enlighten me on how well our clubs developing college level players? How is Houston not even on this list at all? We have to do better as a ⚽️ culture

A serious question for parents… If your child can’t handle a minor hardship as a teenager, how are they going to handle a real hardship later in life? Don’t clear their path. You steal their self-worth and feed your own. Ask yourself: Will my decision help them in 10 years?

Was honored to get to meet the legend, @RealKurtAngle. He took a few moments to talk to my brother, which made him feel awesome. Just an awesome experience. Thanks, Mr. Angle!

I got a chance to see Clear Lake vs Clear Springs and watching Damon Miles clarifies my position of him as a HM PG and there isn’t nobody even close to his skill base. He can play on both sides, his footwork is ridiculous. His ability to get others involved is impressive.

Every college Coach I talk to wants a Big PG and Damon fits this mode. He gets to the cup with ease, he can stop and pop with his jumper. He can shoot it deep and he’s not afraid of the Big play. He needs the ball in his hands because he is a coaches dream because he makes plays.

As a 35 year old parent of a 17 year old, 13 year old and 9 year old, it’s exhausting trying to keep up with which dads I have to do a regular handshake with vs who’s going for a fist bump and who’s going for the full dap hug. These are the things they don’t tell you about when you’re younger.

NICK CALEY’S IMPACT IN HOUSTON: - The Texans were under center on 45% of their offensive snaps which would have been #1 in UC% last year. - The Texans had 52% of their throws considered “quick” which is under 2.5 seconds, Stroud’s average TTT last year was 2.97. - They were blitzed 17 times allowing a 41% pressure rate on the blitzes (average among NFL starters last year was right around 40-41%) - The Texans allowed a 33.3% QBP on 36 total dropbacks. - Houston ran 64.7% of their running plays inside the tackles, allowing just 2 run stuffs on their 11 runs between the tackles, Houston under Bobby Slowik ran 59% of their running plays outside the tackles in 2024. It’s still early but Nick Caley has a vision for this offense.

@jShriveAlive @herculezg True. It's the "I don't want to change the game," fallacy. The defender changed the game when he made the illegal challenge. You're just calling it. Be a man and do the job. Don't just be paid to be a close-up spectator.

Unpopular opinion but this is 100% a penalty kick. Defender comes across Cáceres trail leg which ‘trips’ him up. Yes it’s Cáceres tripping himself but only after the defenders contact. #EraPenal
