@rushmccolley25@RickSemmler Completely fair and valid point. I think most fans find slow grinding possessions for 32 minutes a boring brand of basketball and watching teams take the air out of the ball for the last 3-4 minutes of a game isn’t enjoyable to watch either.
@j_bake16@RickSemmler What if playing uptempo does not play to the strengths of your team? Why should a coach be forced to play fast (or faster) when that doe snot put his players/team in the best position to be successful?
Barr-Reeve principal and IHSAA Board member Jeff Doyle was one of the one's who voted against the 35-second shot clock for hoops. Doyel says he's open to further discussions on it "I would like to see study on how many possessions in a game are over 35 seconds".
