We were told there was a next flight at 9:30 am and that we had to file a report for our ADA Service Dog 72 hours prior. Not sure how that all adds up, and I’m pretty certain it’s illegal

What would you do? This past weekend we were turned away at gate 64A at LAX (read 1st image) & had no help from traditional customer service, so I posted on social media & @AlaskaAir promptly responded. I was able to get a refund instead of the credit initially offered.

Can you relate? Alaska Airlines wouldn’t let us on our flight this AM, saying we had to register our pup 72 hrs prior but the pup had an ADA service dog card. Then they gave our tix away to standby right in front of us. What a horrible experience @alaskaair #coldheartedbitch
