@j_force3 @LucianoMet26544 @HEELHokage @easz_hostile @zennyyyplus Batman is a literal fascist. That's what makes him so great. He's a vigilante billionaire trust fund baby. Gotham is his city. This absolute crap is leftist garbage. Cutting off hands and fighting nazis or whatever. Just pure trash. Navel gazing and drooling on yourself trash.

I don't think Absolute Batman is going to make it to 100 issues, there's only oh so many Batman rouges that can be turned into big monsters before the gimmick gets old.

Stats and scoring only became the most important thing in basketball because of how many times LeBron went to the finals and lost. They had to shift the narrative from “rings” to “stats” to keep him in the GOAT conversation.

@tdfth5 @geola388 He's tried to slide underneath people contesting his shot multiple times. That is intent to injure.

@geola388 My biggest gripe with all of this is people saying he goes out there with the intent to injure the opponents Like, yeah very often he won't think and just go with too much intensity, but he's never been out here throwing people in the stands, stomping or choking people out

Ive never been the biggest Lu Dort guy but when I rewatch that hip check on Jokic - yes it's a foul but acting like he killed a man is crazy 😂 Hip checks happen all the time in games. I don't get the commotion. People are saying Lu is dirty. He's physical but dirty? Nah man

@royceyoung @hardwoodjunkies He literally tries to slide his foot under people landing multiple times in this clip. He's dirty it's ok to admit it even when he's in your favorite team.

@hardwoodjunkies I love this highlight reel. Especially when one of the clips is simply Dort jumping for a rebound and PG landing awkwardly. Pick any player and watch them for a season and you can create a reel of the same stuff. Bumps, inadvertent contact, selling calls, all of it.

Look, Dort's trip last night wasn't good. Bad play in an intense game. But this idea Dort is some long-standing, well-known dirty player is a myth. Career flagrant fouls/technical fouls: Draymond Green: 21/124 Rudy Gobert: 20/66 Dillon Brooks: 13/101 Lu Dort: 6/9

I am just genuinely stunned at a flagrant 2 on Dort. Never seen a play like that upgraded ever. And to let Jokic’s punch and hair pull slide with a technical only?

@TheWho87 @custom78647964 @jemelehill I'm aware. I'm not saying the dude has to walk around apologizing for all his to z... But to me there's a few i think are worth apologizing for. At least the first time it happens to someone. This happens to be one of them. You don't feel that way clearly and that's fine.

This is such a great point. Since Leonardo DiCaprio referred to Margot Robbie as a bitch several times in Wolf of Wall Street, then white men should be given a pass whenever they call women bitches. Matter fact, let’s go through a bunch of movies and if a woman refers to herself or her friends as bitches, then we can now refer to women openly as bitches and no one will get chastised for it. It doesn’t matter if we’re talking about FICTITIOUS movies, let’s apply that standard to real life. Win-win.

You mean the slur that he said 19 times in Sinners? The slur that is constantly repeated across black media, music, entertainment, comedy, tv, and film? The slur that (unlike Tourettes sufferers) Michael B. Jordan chooses to use? That slur?

@TheWho87 @custom78647964 @jemelehill How often are these outbursts televised racial slurs? I think there's a nice middle ground where people use judgement on how hurtful something is. This situation calls for nuance and grace on both sides there's no black and white solution.

@j_force3 @custom78647964 @jemelehill Are you serious, you want someone who makes inappropriate outburts beyond their control to talk to people and apologise for saying a word? Do you not see the possible flaw in this? What if he has another uncontrolled outburst?

@TheWho87 @custom78647964 @jemelehill I mean he could just call them and say hey I'm sorry that happened. I'm embarrassed by it and I'm sorry that happened with you on stage. He's already done interviews about it why not a phone call to MBJ and DL No one reasonable is offended by the outburst, just the word used.

@j_force3 @custom78647964 @jemelehill "You know those words you said when those black actors were on stage, well we've sset up a meeting for you to apologise for saying that to them" You seriously think he's be able to go through that and not have an uncontrolled outburst?

@TheWho87 @custom78647964 @jemelehill It's not a lot to ask. Apologizing for doing or saying something offensive is the right thing to do, even if you have no control over it. If he had a physical tic and hit someone I would imagine he would apologize for that.

@TheWho87 @custom78647964 @jemelehill It's not hard to apologize. People apologize for doing something they didn't mean to do all the time. It's simple if they guy just gave them a personal apology I think everyone would have moved on.

@bkrice11 @Tristan_in_Jax @jemelehill It's like how you can call your friend or family member and asshole or bitch and you both laugh but if someone you don't know does it, it becomes a problem. Shared bonds/experiences allow for that but if your an outsider you can't get away with it.
