@StateFarm at a 14 day impasse because their chosen vendor doesn’t deliver to residential shop of my choice. Their solution? Suggesting I pick up the hazardous fuel tank in my own vehicle. 15 year customer being treated as delivery service @TexasTDI

@TexasTDI @StateFarm Thank you I will be calling shortly! They closed my claim while my vehicle was still on the lift and not back to pre loss state. Bad faith here

@StateFarm what do i pay premiums for?told me it’s my problem. No help& after telling Michelle (manager) I submitted a TDI complaint&emailed the office of CEO she said those go to her anyways& soon as we ended call she closed my claim. Truck still disassembled not indemnified
