Chief Justice Richard Wagner has refused to recuse himself from an Emergencies Act invocation case, despite previously making public comments about the situation. Canadians remember that TWO courts have already found the government’s use of the Emergencies Act to be unjustified and unconstitutional. When a judge has publicly weighed in against a case, reasonable Canadians will ask if this decision is truly impartial. Conservatives will continue to stand up for accountability and defend Canadians’ civil liberties because no government is above the law.

Nothing is going to happen to Fauci. This administration is not going to open that can of worms because it would ultimately expose the Covid shot as the life destroying experimental shot Trump claims “saved millions.” — if something was going to happen we would have seen it happen a long time ago, and none of us would be posting “prosecute Fauci!” a week away from the “cut off date.” This administration has already committed itself to being just as guilty of all the covid crimes by looking the other way. Fauci’s fate will be sealed in hell. Until then, his friends in DC have seen to it a comfortable retirement here on Earth.

🚨 I was almost taken hostage in Cuba... I went to Cuba to document the humanitarian crisis and show life under 60+ years of communism and now amid the US blockade. Once I landed, they seized all my cameras except my iPhone and had intelligence agents following me all day until my security noticed their spies tailing us to the hotel where they waited all night for us to come down. Under communism there is no free speech, and those who show the reality or speak up are imprisoned. Me going without a planned Cuban government guide nearly got me and my security taken hostage or imprisoned. The situation in Cuba is much worse than anyone knows.
