This is absolutely egregious. The Liberal government has issued a directive barring military chaplains from doing prayers at military ceremonies. Instead, they're permitted only to do a non-religious "spiritual reflection" that cannot mention God.

Yes, I'm 99% sure that Iran is behind these attacks. They have sophisticated cyber warfare capabilities and a strong motive. It's unfortunate, because these utilities (water, power, etc) have had at least a couple of decades to harden their systems, but haven't for a variety of reasons.
