Can someone explain to me how a paper that I write be flagged for using generative AI when I never use it? I hate AI with every fiber of my being so I do find this insulting

America is such a fascinating place because this man is providing a service that actually materially benefits people, arguably what the government is designed to do, and you will still see articles upon articles trying to convince you he’s actually doing a bad thing.

"Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated in Memphis on Thursday, April 4, 1968, during the last week of baseball’s spring training. His funeral was scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, the day after, "Opening Day." Immediately, the NBA and NHL suspended their playoff games. Racetracks shut down for the weekend. The North American Soccer League called off games. But Major League Baseball waffled. After many players sat out the last few games of spring training to honor Dr. King, several owners insisted that Commissioner William Eckert penalize them for refusing to play. Roberto Clemente was upset that Commissioner Eckert announced that each team could decide for itself whether it would play games scheduled for, "Opening Day" and the day of Dr. King’s funeral. Some team owners were torn over what to do and approached their black players to feel the pulse of their employees. In response, Roberto Clemente observed that: "If you have to ask the Negro players, then we do not have a great country." Martin Luther King Jr. had been a guest and had a long visit with Clemente`s family, on Clemente’s farm on the outskirts of Carolina, Puerto Rico.

This comes out to $2,400 on average for each worker affected. That’s real money — more than all the stimmy checks combined. And Sam is still litigating to get even more compensation for workers’ damages. This is what government of the people looks like.
