@EternalRosesNY I am having issues with delivery. It was delayed, now delivery attempted. Will re try on the 16th. This ruins Valentines Day. The original delivery date was 2/12. Could someone please contact me about this? @UPS was useless.

@ChipotleTweets placed a mobile order at 6:15 for a 6:30 pick up. Been sitting at the window for 30 minutes. Still no food. This is unacceptable and only excuses from staff on being short staffed. Ridiculous.

The whole situation makes this place look racist, which they may be. The manager kept saying this was the first complaint of the night. Who cares if it’s the first or 10, a complaint is a complaint. Would not recommend dining at this establishment.

Once the waited bought the ticket over. He stood there and would not leave til I placed a card on the ticket. Did he think we were going to skip out? We had a friend in town and talked this place up all week. What a disappointment.

@NobleCrustFL worst experience every at the Wesley Chapel location. We dine at this location every time we’re in town. The in-laws frequent this place at least once a week. We were sat as a party of 3. Once we didn’t order alcohol, the attitude of the server changed.

@wingstop Wesley Chapel, FL location is a joke. Placed an online order on 11/9/24. Order was not ready over an hour later. Was told my management that a refund would be issued in 5-8 days. That still has not happened!

@HiltonHotels tomorrow is a week since I opened a case on my recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Montgomery East. Hilton properties have declined, customer service has as well.

By adding points that don’t even equal a one night stay is pitiful. I didn’t sleep for 3 nights because of dripping water that the front desk was aware of. Asked for extra towels to muff the sound. Was told there aren’t any towels.

@StubHub has no guarantee. Was told 3 times an email would be coming to pick new seats, all because the original seller would not release the tickets. The email never came. Had to spend more money to get a ticket. @StubHub is a scam.

@StubHub is a scam! Ordered a ticket over 48hrs before the Gator Game. By 8:30am the morning of the game they weren’t delivered. Contacted “support” and wasted 4 hours trying to get a resolution without one. Refused to push to an appropriate supervisor. Missed the game and (1/2)
