I had surgery to repair and brace my UCL on March 11th, 2025. On Nov 7th, I returned to live pitching a full month ahead of a typical TJ3 rehab process with zero setbacks, sitting 1 mph above my pre-surgery velocity. Here’s what I learned during my rehab and return-to-throw:
