lost my phone in london and ive realised how useless i am without one.

I've been on hold to my doctor's surgery now for 30 minutes- I was 10th in the queue to start and I've now been "1st" for the past 10 minutes. The line keeps jumping between hold and ringing out for 2 minute intervals. The NHS is broken, man.
