Mets next 13 go WSH/MIA/CIN/MIA, followed by a steep increase in contenders on their schedule. 9-4 gets them to a game under, which is probably what they need to shoot for. Not nearly out of their early hole yet.

I have my questions about Francisco Alvarez being the future catcher for this team. Strikes out too much and hits into too many double plays. Can’t stay healthy and is not consistent.
