Sonakshi Sinha, daughter of Shatrughan Sinha, never really succeeded in Bollywood with her acting, and now it feels like she is trying to grab attention through cheap antics. When the whole country is enjoying Melody, she throws it away and everyone understands who she was indirectly trying to target. People in public life should act responsibly instead of spreading unnecessary hatred. She should have shown some class, but well… God bless her.

Clicked these thermal images during an auto ride today in Delhi. The ambient temperature today was 43 degrees celsius today but thermal images of different surfaces both within and outside the auto was reached upto 60 degrees celsius. We seriously underestimate what extreme heat does to the human body. We should start asking who is responsible for this rising heat and are those more vulnerable and exposed to extreme heat responsible for rising heat.

I am personally not a big fan of work from home. Productivity & focus is impacted. More importantly the local informal economy -tea n Maggi stall, local eating joints, cab drivers n daily wage earners take a hit.. EVs, car pools & public transport usage is a better alternative.

Rapido and bike taxis solve two genuinely hard Indian problems at once: abysmal last-mile connectivity that sarkari babus never fixed, and the shortage of flexible income for someone who owns a bike and needs to top up his monthly income. That is a rare double win.
Naturally, this makes it more threatening to the gormint, not less. "How dare this 20 year old boy with a bike from a tier 3 town make 25K in extra income from a part time gig! This sounds like anti-national activity funded by George Soros!"

A government that cannot create jobs for millions of young men is now going after the private sector platforms that let any guy with a bike earn an honest living with a flexible schedule.
Rapido has more than 3 million active captains across bikes, autos, cabs, and deliveries, with bike captains typically earning Rs 15,000 to 30,000 a month working hours they choose themselves. Uber provides earning opportunities to over 1 million driver-partners in India and Ola has a comparable number. In total these ride hailing apps are providing well paying part time jobs to more than 5 million Indians.
This shows that these apps have created more actual livelihoods than any Indian politician has managed to deliver outside the imaginary promises of an election manifesto. Yet they are being hounded at a time when the Indian economy is already struggling, the rupee is rapidly collapsing in value, and AI is devastating the formal job market.

I know many such people who got good ranks in JEE but missed the boards cutoff. My advice is to try state colleges or other private colleges where the board exams criterion is relaxed.

@Tim_Clif Many Board examiners are retarded boomers who follow guide solutions word to word, even in derivations and literature subjects. And the distribution is so thinly spread out that you can’t even normalise.
