TW Blue once again pulled the error that I had been blocked by...the home feed! This time, the client crashed after delivering the error! Guess TW Blue finally wised up to the fact it doesn't make sense to get blocked by the home feed. Either that or it's just gone off to drink.

@wesderby @ross_minor Also worth noting that the IOS, Android, and web apps are accessible for now, until such time the interface gets a visual refresh and the accessibility team isn't exactly around to keep them in line. It's not a matter of if, but when, such a thing will happen.

@ross_minor TBH, Twitter for iOS is incredibly accessible with VoiceOver. If you’re not an iOS user, not sure what else is out there, but it’s really not the end of the world. That said, Mastodon is pretty awesome as well.

Welp, This is it folks. Twitter has blocked API access for third-party clients, including those that make the site more accessible for blind users. This was how I primarily Used Twitter and now that it’s gone, I’m going to find it very difficult to navigate the clunky interfaces.

It looks like #scaleway has m1 mac minis available to the tune of $0.12 per hour (more than reasonable) oh but give us a photo id, and no manual file uploads allowed, you need to use the webcam. Now comes the time when I ask if it's even worth it if they're only running Monterey.

@kingaaroneous Google Pay is also an option you can enable for those who have it, although I personally wouldn't recommend as Stripe's widget for it doesn't appear to be very accessible.

When Stripe was added to VGStorm, you should've been able to start paying with Apple Pay and have pay in installments options. They just weren't enabled. Now they are! Pay on VGStorm with so many payment methods, and pay over time if you can't afford a particular game right now!

@jackf723 Look at the crazy stuff on the website. They couldn't have someone do a grammar check? For example the box contains a medical information sheet. The specs mention no sim card needed plus a sleep key where playback stops if you fall asleep! I didn't know it had a sleep sensor!

@stirlock that haven't got the time to update their addons, and community isn't quick to contribute because code isn't always well documented. A community-conscious developer ought to future-proof their code and prep it for someone else to maintain should it come to pass.

@stirlock kind of need to remember that addon developers are people too. In their defense, they are doingway better at documenting breaking changes than they used to, and developers are given plenty of time to update. It's just the devs who have since gained full-time employment or similar
