Well, that turned into quite an adventure! Only one ferry a day from Sarıyer to Poyrazköy at 10.30 am, returning at 17.45 which is a LONG time to spend in P. After 3 hrs of unnecessary çay drinking, wandered down to port 20 mins early, only to fine RT ferry canx due to high seas.
