CARJACKING INCIDENT. The lorry below has fallen victim to carjacking today. The driver was requested to go and pick a luggage from Thika ngoigwa and transport it to Eldoret, the carjackers then pulled a gun on him, tied his legs and hands and threw him into a coffee plantation...... They removed two trackers, one fitted by the bank and another one by isuzu..... the investor is going crazy because of stress..... kindly, Kenyans and our followers, let's unite and support in retrieval efforts by reposting this. If you spot the lorry, kindly WhatsApp 0738584299. #SafetySunday

Major cheat code for life: Increase your recovery speed. You will get rejected. You will lose money. You will embarrass yourself. The goal isn't to avoid the fall. It's to shorten the time between the fall and the reset. The ultimate life hack is the ability to quickly reset and recover. From a poor decision. From a bad interaction. From a missed workout. From a bad day. You can start over whenever you want. You can't always control what happened, but you can control how long you carry it. Fast recovery compounds.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of joining 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝘂𝗼, former Chair of the @KAM_Kenya Central Region, alongside members of the KAM Secretariat, in paying a courtesy call on 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝘆 𝗠𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗶, Chief Magistrate of Thika, hosted together with 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗷𝗶, Magistrate at the Thika Law Courts. Our engagement provided an important platform to deepen collaboration between the manufacturing sector and the Judiciary two pillars that play a critical role in shaping a fair, predictable, and enabling business environment. Our discussion explored areas of partnership where industry and the judiciary can work in promoting and supporting the efficient administration of justice. This engagement builds on an already strong relationship between KAM and the Judiciary. In October 2024, KAM supported the development and launch of the 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙞-𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙪𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝘾𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙇𝙖𝙬 𝙞𝙣 𝙆𝙚𝙣𝙮𝙖 , a practical resource designed to help businesses, particularly SMEs, better understand key regulatory frameworks such as the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act and foster a culture of ethical business practices. We also explored how KAM members can support initiatives that enhance the Judiciary’s role in executing its mandate effectively. The Central Region continues to emerge as one of KAM’s fastest-growing regions, now accounting for nearly 10% of the Association’s membership. With new industries setting up and existing ones expanding operations, the region is fast becoming an important hub of Kenya’s manufacturing growth story.

God is relocating you. Prepare for a move you didn’t expect. Not just physically, but spiritually, financially, and mentally. A new location. A new job. A new environment. A new energy. The place you’re in now cannot hold the version of you that’s emerging. Where you’re going is aligned with growth, peace, opportunity, and elevation. Get ready. The shift is already in motion. Say 'AMEN'🙏

Relationships are so scary to me. No matter how good things are going or how in love you are, your significant other could always just lose feelings for you and be gone in the blink of an eye. And none of that is in your control.

So yesterday, DCI arrested Ruhman in Nyali with her husband. They were found with 250g of heroin. What makes this case uncomfortable is the contrast. Online, Ruhman showed a soft life, TikTok videos, expensive phones, vibes many young people admired. Then reality kicked in. This is something we don’t like saying out loud: Not everyone flexing online is making clean money. For those who may not know: Under Kenya’s Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Control) Act, possession of hard drugs can mean decades in prison or fines running into tens of millions. The law doesn’t care how good your life looks online. When the image collapses, it’s not social media that pays the price. Two things I avoid completely: drugs and guns. If someone close to you is involved in either, leave early.

Divorce rates are high in this generation for one simple reason. People don't understand what marriage actually is. Social media made everyone believe there's always someone better out there, a richer man, a prettier woman, a more exciting life, but comparison kills loyalty. People want weddings, not marriages. They'll spend months planning a ceremony and zero time learning how to communicate when things get hard. Nobody knows how to argue anymore. They yell, they shut down, they run instead of learning how to fight for each other. Money pressure exposes weak foundations. Instead of building together, couples turn on each other, men stop leading, women stop respecting their men, temptation is everywhere. Now everyone uses therapy words to escape accountability. Everything is toxic, everything is trauma. Nothing is ever their fault. There's no community pressure to stay married anymore. No elders saying work it out. Just friends saying leave. You deserve better. Kids became optional, sacrifice became outdated and vows became suggestions. Marriage used to mean I'll suffer with you. Now it means I'll stay as long as I'm happy. And that's why divorce is high. Because people don't know how to suffer together. They only know how to quit when excitement is no longer there. We are in the trenches!!

After Paul encountered Jesus, his past didn’t disappear—but it no longer defined him. The same passion he once used to destroy the church, God redirected to build the church. His past became a testimony, not a prison. And here’s the encouragement, God doesn’t waste your story. Your mistakes, your wrong turns. Your “I should’ve known better” moments—God can redeem all of it.

The older I get, the more I realize nothing changes if nothing changes. The new life you want doesn’t magically appear. It’s built through action. New habits. New mindsets. New standards. New boundaries. Reinvention has a cost of entry. Pay it with pride.

Today, I came across this beautiful scripture. “I will give you back seven times what you lost.” Joel 2:25. If you believe God will multiply everything you've lost in your life, please respond with an Amen.
