The gentleman on the right (Nato), is embarking on a 150KM trek tomorrow which he intends to finish in 24 hrs. In the walk, he will sensitize people on avoiding lifestyle diseases through fitness, diet and periodic health checks. Ukimwona, salimia yeye and cheer him on!
