How Kampala thieves operate: These criminals move with a well-planned strategy on the streets. In most cases, they work in groups consisting of a woman carrying a bag and several male accomplices acting as backup. Once they identify a target, the woman quickly approaches and deliberately bumps into the person. Suddenly, her bag falls to the ground, or she throws herself down and starts shouting, “Omubbi! Omubbi!” (“Thief! Thief!”). Immediately, her accomplices rush in, pretending to respond to the alarm. They begin searching, harassing, and accusing the victim while checking for valuables. In many cases, they start beating the victim, attracting a mob that joins in without knowing the truth. A friend of mine once fell victim to a similar scheme. Thank God his “Inzikuru” 🏃🏾‍♂️ ancestors watched over him and helped him escape the danger. Otherwise, he could have lost his life. Sadly, this appears to be a growing trend in our country. Even more concerning are allegations that some of these criminals are protected or aided by corrupt security personnel. We must all remain careful and vigilant when walking on the streets, driving along highways, or stopping at traffic lights. Stay alert, be aware of your surroundings, and never rush to judge a situation before knowing the facts. Your awareness could save your life or someone else’s!

🚨Alex Ferguson on Rio Ngumoha debut for England. 🗣️“It’s very impressive to see a young player at his age doing what he’s doing, most players in the World Cup final squad aren’t better than him and it’s a fact. I like his fearless pressure towards defenders, that alone makes me feel he’s the breakthrough for national team one day. Dribbling with pace and very skillful on the ball, you just can’t guess his next move anytime he gets the ball, all I have to say is I wish he was called up by Thomas Tuchel, the world just started recognizing his talent and you can confirm this by yourself that he’s ready and can compete in this biggest world tournament”

Jamie Carragher on Rio Ngumoha's England debut: 🗣️ “Seventeen years old. England debut. Player of the Match. Let that sink in for a second. We're not talking about a talented youngster anymore. We're talking about a player who has just announced himself on the international stage. What impressed me wasn't the skill or the confidence it was the fearlessness. Most players make their debut hoping not to make mistakes. Rio Ngumoha looked like he belonged there from the first minute. The scary part is that he's only 17. If he stays humble, keeps working and keeps listening, England could have something very special on their hands. Because performances like that don't happen by accident. They happen when talent meets personality. And Rio Ngumoha looks like he has plenty of both.”

Jürgen Klopp on Alisson Becker, Mohamed Salah and Fabinho sharing a photo after the Brazil vs Egypt friendly 🗣️ “When I saw that picture, I smiled immediately. People see three players standing together. I see three players who helped build one of the greatest Liverpool teams of the modern era. Alisson gave us calmness. When the pressure was highest, he made impossible saves look routine. Fabinho gave us balance. He was the player who allowed everyone else to shine because he did the difficult work nobody talks about enough. And Salah? What more can you say? Goals, records, trophies, moments that Liverpool supporters will never forget. What made them special wasn't just their quality. It was their mentality. Every training session, every big game, every final they wanted more. They pushed each other, challenged each other and raised the standards of everyone around them. When I look at that photo, I don't just see Brazil and Egypt internationals. I see Premier League champions, Champions League winners and players who helped bring Liverpool back to the very top of world football. That picture is a reminder of an era Liverpool fans will be talking about for generations.”

Dr. Milton Obote was expelled from Makerere before completing his degree due to his political activism. Years later, he returned as its first Chancellor when it became an independent national university. In summary, Life has a way of bringing people back to the very doors that once closed on them. Give up if you want.
