Presidents have renovated and expanded the White House for over 200 years without needing Congress’s permission for every change. This isn’t taxpayer money, it’s private donors. This is textbook lawfare from activist courts and left-wing groups desperate to tie Trump in knots again. Privately funded. Executive mansion. Appeal coming fast. Judges don’t get to run the White House.
