Well, @AmericanAir has ruined all the good feelings from my vacation. First, they cancel my flight. Then, when I finally get to talk to someone, in the middle of trying to rebook, they cut me off and send me to the survey at the end of the call.

@AmericanAir My AA flight departs 7am direct to LA and as I go to the airport I get a message it’s cancelled, seems all AA direct flights are cancelled both today and tomorrow, surreal.. ironically I’m auto rebooked on the same direct flight for tomorrow, or a connecting flight..

Gotta love how @AmericanAir cancels my flight, forces me to fly to TX (was going CA to IN), made me lose a day of my trip, then offers to reschedule my return flight but won’t waive the $30 each upgrade fee so my partner and I can sit together. Don’t fly @AmericanAir folks!!
