@JesseSBSN I don’t think anyone had those players on their bingo card. Because breaking down tape on 250 prospects is for when you’re getting paid to do that full time. Most focused on biggest need in the 2nd, second biggest need in 3rd etc so it limited the scope. Raiders didn’t do that.

One could make an argument that the Las Vegas Raiders drafted the: - Best player in the entirety of the draft - Best pure DB in the entirety of the draft (one GM referred to Stukes as possibly the best S prospect he’s ever scouted) - Better pass-rusher than his EDGE counterpart who was a first-rounder - Best pass-blocking IOL in the entirety of the draft - DB who led the nation in pass breakups (this one is just a statical fact) - WR who will compete for a starting job And, the best cornerback prospect in the entirety of the draft All in the 2026 NFL Draft

If I’m the Raiders I’m snatching Jermod McCoy tomorrow. Worst case scenario, (assuming recovery) you have a CB that can compete for a starting job next year, best case scenario you have a starting CB this year. I like the odds, and if Raiders aren’t in win-now mode then why not.

The Raiders have easily had a Top 3 draft And the only reason it’s not the clear 1 is because they didn’t add a WR Absolute masterclass by Spytek regardless🍿
