@evanoconnell It really ought to be more of a topic. The world in which the EU was founded is gone, but we are left with many relics, seemingly inmovable. The Schuman Roundabout is one of them.

Awkward coincidence: earlier this year, the EU approved a new law to combat money laundering that included an explicit carveout for national lotteries – the exact method for which Didier Reynders is under suspicion.
