@JackWills hello. Bought pair of uggs 2 weeks ago. Worn them twice and they are hurting my feet as the fur has worn away these are faulty.

@JackWills what a disgrace of a customer service!! We try to return an item well within time frame, there is a ‘GLITCH’ on Jack wills website. Finally someone understands the situation, we return said item at YOUR request at OUR cost and you return it to us saying it’s too late?
