"Myocarditis and pericarditis were documented only in the vaccinated groups, with rates of 27 and 10 cases/million after the first and second doses, respectively." Anecdotally, I know multiple cases within my social circle, so this estimate is much lower than I'd expect.

🚨Study involving 1.7 million children has found that Myocarditis & Pericarditis only appeared in children who had received COVID mRNA vaccines. Not a single unvaccinated child in the group suffered from these heart-related problems.

I notice that the @AmerChemSociety publication Environmental Science & Technology has yet to publish a letter addressing the conflation of nicotine and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) products in this paper.

This recent study published by the American Chemical Society found that secondhand e-cigarette fumes can be dangerous. But guess what: terpene flavoring chemicals are found in marijuana vaporizers, not nicotine e-cigarettes. Even leading science journals can't get this right.

I’m very pleased to be participating today in this important conference hosted by Students for Sensible Drug Policy. It signals an encouraging paradigm shift toward constructively incorporating tobacco harm reduction into broader, widely accepted harm reduction approaches. I appreciate the passionate interest in letting people know the truth — that nicotine separated from combustion (cigarettes) does not cause the illnesses and death resulting from smoking. And that alternative nicotine-containing products like e-cigarettes and pouches are magnitudes safer and can be helpful to adults who want to stop smoking, especially when other methods don’t work for them.
