From Europe a week ago to Kentucky this week, the Stord team is relentless in expansion and driving new benefits and value to brands and consumers. The acquisition of Pitney Bowes' Ecommerce Fulfillment business adds an additional state-of-the-art fulfillment center in a key market for brands to place inventory closer to their end customers. We're thankful for the trust our customers and team put into Stord's mission every day, and we're grateful to welcome incredible, new team members and customers with this acquisition. I am thrilled to share that Stord has acquired Pitney Bowes' ecommerce fulfillment business and a state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Hebron Kentucky 🚀 This acquisition propels our capacity for empowering brands with the checkout and delivery experience that ecommerce brands need to drive cart conversion and consumer loyalty. Our new teammates, based in Hebron, have built a truly impressive fulfillment center that complements Stord's existing multi-national fulfillment network. This new facility features significant climate control storage, a pick mezzanine, pallet racking and robotic automation - and is the largest center in our network, at over 640,000 square feet. This location will join Stord's network of facilities, all powered by Stord's warehouse management system for greater efficiencies and integrated with our leading Order Management system to provide brands unparalleled end-to-end customer and delivery experiences for their consumers. Ecommerce has become increasingly competitive, putting intense pressures on brands to provide exemplary customer experiences while reducing costly operational expenses. This is exactly what we founded Stord to solve - a flexible network of logistic infrastructure supported by operator-built technology to enable commerce at scale. “Uncertainty for the supply chain has meant certainty for demand for the types of services that [Stord] offers” - @MorganLBrennan Shifting global trade policies are changing the paradigm for brands and consumers. I was fortunate enough to stop by @CNBCOvertime yesterday to discuss that exact issue—as well as hit on our recent $200M in Series E funding and acquisition of @Ware2Go from @UPS. We are in a moment of upheaval as brands adapt to tariffs, de minimis, and consumer fear. This has revealed that most brands and fulfillment providers are not well structured to manage through disruption. Meanwhile, the past 5 years have clearly shown - from the pandemic on - that disruptions need to be expected and planned for. The recent 90 day pause with China will give brands some time to be thoughtful about their next steps, but no one is operating like this moment is behind us. More changes are coming and the brands that thrive will be those that have prioritized flexibility. Stord brands are better able to meet this moment and any future disruptions because we are purpose built with flexibility, visibility, speed and an obsessive focus on our customers' needs. This has been a part of Stord’s DNA since Day one. There’s a constant mental tension as a founder between “trust the expert” and “my gut says there’s a better way.” I’ve often found that delegating key decisions to experts can lead to mediocrity. Crowd-sourced averageness. Your job is to be right more than 50% of the time. If you believe that, you must be willing to make the hard calls. Many of history’s best leaders were strongly opinionated. Let the best ideas win.

Black Friday Cyber Monday was record setting for Stord and our brands! Nearly 1% of the total US online sales during BFCM were picked, packed, and shipped by Stord. We shipped nearly 10 million units to homes in all 50 states, more than 75 countries, and even to deployed military personnel around the world. And while Stord brands were selling more than ever, we were hard at work protecting their margins and combating peak parcel carrier surcharges, all while ensuring the same industry-leading consumer experience. On average, brands saw a combined 55% parcel savings across the standard rates and the additional peak season surcharges through our robust network of carriers and Last-Mile optimization software. We could not be more proud of these successes and are honored to have delivered so much for so many brands...but we aren't done! With peak season winding down, our eyes are fixed on 2025 and all the opportunities ahead of us for our partnering Stord brands.
