The mortgage on our home is interest-only. Why? Because it’s much smarter to invest that principal instead of paying it back to myself every month. Unless you need a forced savings account to protect yourself from yourself, OR You don’t have good investment opportunities, an interest-only mortgage is a no-brainer. It’s actually not even close.

Here's an interesting fact that a lot of people may not know about the suits worn by astronauts on the moon. You might assume that that big bulky suit is to keep them warm. They were mostly built to keep them cool, the surface of the Moon is 250° in full sunlight.

Humility will do two things, prepare you for her coming back into the vow and prepare YOU for the alternative if that is what happens. Either way you worked on YOU and come out a better person.

Last year, I was the victim of adultery. All I can say is is that it was a struggle to stay alive. And it was a struggle to not put the other guy in the hospital. I have the sweetest, most talented kids. I know my presence in the home blesses their lives. But living in a home with my wife, who still desires the other guy, kills me. It truly kills me. I really don’t know what to do. Do I suffer for the sake of my kids and have a “roommate” for a wife? Or do I start over, with the hopes that one day, I can marry someone who actually likes me?

WOW. Kirk Moore, the Principal of Pauls Valley High School in Oklahoma, was injured after he TACKLED a would-be school shooter. Moore suffered a gunshot wound to the leg but was able to subdue the shooter and prevent further casualties. This man is a HERO.

Costco makes penny-level margins on every gallon of gas it sells. The fuel operation runs close to break-even on ~$27 billion in annual revenue. And they just announced they're building standalone gas stations with no store attached. Sounds insane until you see where the money actually sits.
