I scaled 30+ apps to $100K MRR with zero ad spend. 1.5 billion views generated. $1-2 CPM on average. I'm finally dropping the full UGC playbook. 44 pages. Every step, every price, every tool + viral formats with case studies Lowkey scared to drop this because it's literally what clients pay us $5K-$20K/month for. Reply "UGC" and I'll DM it to you. Must be following so I can DM.

He deleted the Ben-Gvir defense tweet which is good. Leaving it up and apologizing for it would have been better IMO.

Higgsfield is incredible… if you don’t have brand assets as a brand imagine if the apple logo was just the *idea* of an apple with a bite and Steve Jobs tried out Higgsfield with the logo we all know and love sometimes the bite will be out of the left instead of the right sometimes there will be no leaf sometimes it will be an orange i dunno none of that matters right? it’s kinda a fruit that’s good enough absolutely unusable until they can respect brand identities

Supercomputer excels at motion design. Opus 4.7 vs Gemini 3.5 Flash Both videos were generated with Seedance 2.0. The era of agents crafting prompts for you is here.

@axultan @higgsfield_ai @higgsfield It modifies assets, ignores directions not to modify. I sent a support ticket, wasted 200 credits trying to draft a motion graphic brand video, can reference/provide the assets I’m providing maybe that’s the issue

re: Vercel hack This should be our wakeup call to get rid of API keys, just like we "got rid" of passwords with OAuth & passkeys There's a fix. Of course there's a fix! It's called OIDC Federation, it works beautifully, but it still hasn't replaced API keys in the mainstream. In short, your infra (Vercel, AWS, etc.) generates short-lived JWTs. You then tell your services (database, AI provider, etc.) to trust those JWTs instead of the API keys. No static secrets required. These JWTs have a lifetime of <1h, and rotate automatically. Simpler + safer Is it time?
Aiden@WallisDev

Once again, say it with me As an industry, we need to move on from static secrets I’ve been going insane saying this shit for years, there are literally replacements in production today

anthropic pushed the /effort command a couples weeks ago basically it lobotomizes claude unless you strictly put “/effort max” at the beginning of every session, there’s no way to toggle this to be always on. ppl think the opus model has been nerfed to hell (and they are right) but anthropic will just say, yeah that’s your fault for never putting your effort higher. This probably saves them a fuck ton of money where any user without this knowledge is using idiot-claude

easy. Israel could have: 1) initially taken a strictly defensive position and maintained or increased international sympathies (from those who were actually sympathetic). Hamas couldn’t successfully attack Israel when they’re actually watching the border (which they weren’t on 10/7 IDF resources were diverted to the schmucks in the West Bank, which is only an issue becuase of their continued presence there). Receiving any attack in this defensive position would have INCREASED international sympathy for an Israel that showed restraint, and improved their case for invasion. 2) made appeals for a joint international military campaign with oversight and transparency, so that once they finally invade in response to 10/7 and the inevitable follow up attacks everything that happened could be verified & approved by 3rd parties. When people don’t trust Israel’s government or media— who constantly undermine their own credibility—it’s important to have other sources verifying what’s actually happening. 3) after invasion let far more international journalists into the war zone. If the strategies and methods are just, there should be nothing to hide even if biased journalists are reporting. 4) empower non-Hamas Palestinian statehood & militias Any strategic “wins” from killing leadership aren’t worth the loss of life on all sides of the issue nor deepening Israel into its position as a pariah state. It’s all been a net loss unless you view ethnic cleansing, most people hating Jews more than they already would, inviting attacks on Israeli civilians, and Israel losing all international credibility as a victory. Iran is just a continuation of this level of brinksmanship, because unlike the Baathist party in Syria, Hamas, Hezbollah, and the IR are leaderless movements. They just have to survive to claim victory, and that means the only ways for Israel to win against Hamas is to either give Palestinians conditions that make them want to normalize and provide them the resources to get rid of Hamas themselves, or full blown genocide which is probably the least Jewish thing you can do but seems to be what Likud wants.

This is, by now, a widespread belief, especially in the United States, where our historical consciousness is limited -- to the point that it doesn't really exist. The people who say things like this rarely seem to ask questions like: What could the Jewish state have done on October 8, 2023 that would *not* have led to the massive spike in antisemitism that has gripped the whole world? It responded the way any other serious country would have responded -- in fact, it was far more restrained than the U.S. was after 9/11 or Pearl Harbor. But, of course, it has been portrayed as doing the unthinkable -- committing "genocide," etc. One wonders if @Jason knows that the Israel haters had been accusing Israel of "genocide" for a long time *before* October 7. Ditto "apartheid," "settler-colonialism" and so forth. The antisemitism is not Netanyahu's fault, his many missteps and failures notwithstanding. The antisemitism is an outgrowth of the ancient double standard: The Jew is not allowed to do what the non-Jew is, and if the Jew falls out of line, the non-Jew has (historically) constructed all species of mythology to rationalize his Jew hatred. Note that the rationalization is always a cause, a righteousness, which makes it self-reinforcing. Hating Jews -- apologies, "Zionists" or "Israelis" -- is one's moral obligation. It is what good people do.
Chief Nerd@TheChiefNerd

🚨 JASON: “All the Jewish-Americans I talk to say Netanyahu is causing — with his actions in Gaza, Lebanon, Iran — he's gone too far, and it's causing the anti-Semitism we're experiencing.”
