why does @eBay customer service suck so much? They are so afraid to loose customer they let buyers break all kids of rules and take no action to help sellers

@JLCPCB my experience with @JLCPCB is different. They have terrible customer service. they ruined my pcb design, wasted my time, refused to redo my order and did not refund me. I give up. JLCPCB is not a recommended company for pcb fabrication in my opinion.

Here's my personal experience with @JLCPCB and @JLCCNC_Official. I have posted rants about them last week due to issues, which they personally *asked me* to *delete* because "we'll fix it". Figured ok, I'll play nice. Deleted them. Two weeks later, it's a mess, so...🧵

@JLCPCB JLCpcb has terrible customer service. Im a long time customer and they often edit your designs and ruin them and when you try to get them to refund you or remake the order they give you the runaround. Definately go with PCBway if you want good service.
