What happened at the University of Michigan is bigger than one speaker and it deserves more than an apology. It’s well known Michigan has a large Jewish student body. The administration knew the speaker’s record and still handed him the mic—leaving those students isolated and targeted. Protests on campus have repeatedly crossed the line: encampments, disrupted ceremonies, demonstrations at officials’ homes, clashes with police. The first amendment must be protected but it doesn’t absolve anyone of consequences. Universities have deep culture problems they must address. If they don’t, they should face repercussions.

@lady_valor_07 True. Being in the hospitality business tipping is definitely out of control in this country. No tipping in Europe with much better service

We went to a dinner as a group and had a $500 bill. We tipped $40. We were happy we can be able to give our server something, but her reaction was the opposite. She told us she assumed we're going to give her at least $120. When we asked for the manager, she said she was just joking, but she wasn't smiling at all. Idk, but is $40 tip enough for $500 bill? I just feel like expecting $120 is not realistic. ~Lea Robertson

More American🇺🇸 delusion from Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent: ‘Attacks from Iran have closed the Strait, and we are reopening it. I would urge China🇨🇳 to join us in supporting this international operation.’ The US openly admits it is trying to choke off China’s oil supply through the war on Iran, is sanctioning Chinese companies for buying Iranian oil… And now wants China to take Washington’s side. Imperial hubris evolves into imperial stupidity. If the US wants any help in convincing Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz, maybe sanctioning Chinese companies and openly declaring economic war on Beijing was not the best idea?
Going Underground@GUnderground_TV

David Pyne: ‘If the US pulled our forces out of the Eurasian supercontinent, we would see the tensions between the US and Russia🇷🇺 and China🇨🇳 really recede. Certainly with Iran. I mean, Iran isn’t going to threaten us if we don’t have military bases in the region.’ -David Pyne, Deputy Director of National Operations of the Taskforce on National & Homeland Security.  Watch the full interview below in the quoted post 👇 @AmericaFirstCon

The sooner we recognize this hard truth—that there’s no military solution to the conflict with Iran—the better off the United States will be. Sheer military force cannot reopen the Strait of Hormuz without escalating the war and sucking us into another endless, bloody quagmire that delivers zero benefit to our people. We can’t get rid of the emboldened government in Tehran, regardless of how many leaders we kill. If we try we will end up with a government or failed state, worse than what we have now. The inevitable reality is this: we will have to cut a deal with Iran. We can be pragmatic and do it now on our own terms, or we can keep listening to the same neocons and the Israeli government who got us into this mess, only to cut the same deal after we’ve lost even more. Recognizing that we have hit the point of diminishing returns and pulling out now is not weakness. It is strength—and it’s the right thing to do for the American people.

The truth? We know the truth. Iran has waged war on America and the world for 47 years & were weeks away from nukes. We took them out while you quit to join the IRGC propaganda campaign. I want the truth why you leaked information & decided to undermine the U.S. military to give aid and comfort to Iran. That's the truth we want Joey.

Trump does not believe he is submitting to China by going to Beijing, but that’s how many around the world in fact see it. This means Trump has to hit China hard in the next couple weeks. If he does not, the Trump-submitting-to-Xi Jinping narrative will take hold.
Patrick M. Cronin@PMCroninHudson

Trump’s strategy of accommodation with China is a historic mistake ft.com/content/1445c8… via @ft @elyratner is rightly worried about locking in "a posture of strategic deference as the operating logic of America's #China policy"--it would compound counterproductive #tariffs, #overextension in the Gulf, and the alienation of #allies and #talent ft.com/content/1445c8…

Candace Owens says if anything happens to her or Tucker Carlson, Israel was 100% involved. She says she and Tucker Carlson have been labeled by Israel’s Likud party as the “new enemy rising from the West.” Owens says they are calling for direct violence against her and Tucker Carlson because they feel threatened by her speech and by people “starting to notice.”

2028 Can't come fast enough before this moron destroys this country and breaks it to a point we won't be able to recover from. "We don't need NATO" Only a brain dead imbecile can think something this stupid is true. NATO is basically a force multiplier for the U.S.: Yes, we spend a lot, but we get troops positioned globally, allies buying our weapons, and partners in missions like Iraq, Libya, and fighting ISIS. It helps counter China, keeps Russia in check, and keeps Europe stable (which means safer trade + bigger markets for U.S. companies). Is it perfect? No. But scrapping it would likely cost more and make the world more dangerous. Give our enemies more power over the region and affect our global arms sales. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTROL THIS MORON!

We are ALL FAILING this country. Donald Trump needs to be removed from office. He should have been removed before the war started. He is mentally unwell. Forget the Jesus pictures. Forget the Pope. We can go through hundreds of examples. The sane washing — pretending this is normal — that's just the surface problem. The real problem is that we have willing accomplices. What we have in America right now is a complete failure of political elites to execute on the constitutional system that was built specifically for this moment. We are all accomplices to this man's reckless behavior. -Every senator who stays quiet. -Every executive who writes the check. -Every commentator who normalizes it. He needs to be removed from office and he won't be.
