@CeoNoida Please update current status of oc applied for vide no. 260109002 on Jan 09, 2026. There is no movement beyond level 1. Who is sitting over it

@CeoNoida The said authority is maintaining a web site to show the status oc applications. The said register has not ever been reviewed. Entry no. 260109002, dated Jan 9, 2026 only gives status as on that day, which expired 108 days back. Why is it at Level 1 so far?

Public officers and authorities have their twitter account. What do they contain. Mention of day to day of what they are doing. There are numerous posts from public about the failings of such authorities but never any response from such authorities.

@CeoNoida It is surprising that public authority like CEO, NA has created an account but does not respond to questions related to the performance of his organisation. The oc applied by Brickrise for Godrej nest D1 tower is still at stage Level 1 after s lapse of almost 4 months.

@CeoNoida The builder of Godrej Nest applied for the OC of the seventh and last tower on January 09, 2026 as per website of Noida authority, stating that it has been received at Level 1. When do we get the change in status from level 1 to level 2 etc.

@CeoNoida It is surprising to note that the status of application has not changed beyond level 1 even after 96 days.

@CeoNoida As per request of the Noida authority, Hon'ble Supreme Court granted time for issue of OC by 15.2.2026. I have just now seen the current status of the application no. 260109002. It is still the same. Pending at Level 1.

Why Godrej nest homebuyers denied to live in their apt. By denying OC @CeoNoida @myogiadityanath. Due to the negative attitude of govt authorities home buyers suffering.

@CeoNoida why are you continuing to hold back the issuance of OC to Project Godrej Nest which has been developed by Brick Rise Developers despite the clearance of demanded dues by the developer delaying possession of our homes @GodrejProp @myogiadityanath @UPRERAofficial
