@CeoNoida 3 months from application, no sign of OC for Iconic Tower of Godrej Nest Sector 150 even though you have already cleared 6 towers in the project, no wonder homebuyers resort to taking over possession without waiting for your OC which can take months / years? Agonising

@CeoNoida The builder of Godrej Nest applied for the OC of the seventh and last tower on January 09, 2026 as per website of Noida authority, stating that it has been received at Level 1. When do we get the change in status from level 1 to level 2 etc.
