@EE That’s false information because I was told differently on Direct message by an EE employee. What’s the best way to now contact EE via message or email? Because making a call isn’t possible.

@jake_millers Hi Jake. If you're abroad and have an EE pay-as-you-go SIM, you will need to top that up to stop the SIM deactivating due to non-usage. for additional help, Call from outside the UK +44 (0)7953 966 150 Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm -Iain
