Tried to order a thermostat from @ConsumersEnergy Earth Day sale on 4/28 - $30 off. A glitch prevented orders from being placed. The glitch was fixed after the sale ended. Still waiting for a promo code for the discount. I wonder if they'd let me wait this long to pay my bill

Customer service was no help. Took an hour for a response in the app promising 24/7 help. W/O phone for hours in a foreign country. Couldn't commuicate with family or use GPS. Never again. Getting a refund, just wanted to warn anyone who may decide to use them.

Terrible experience with @holafly_com. I looked at many eSIM providers. I downloaded the app, signed up for a plan for Ireland, downloaded the eSIM, and was ready to activate once we arrived. Followed the directions, couldn't get it to work. No service.

Once again, on the day of tickets going on sale, I can't redeem @LiveNation Sound Board points for Concert Cash. Getting tickets in 45 minutes and it would be nice to be able to redeem the points I've earned but I'm getting an error message...again.
