Alright, we simply don’t be a pussy and figure out a way to turn this 120 bands into a million dollars again.
I did it once with 10% of that capital, figure I can probably do it again if I pick my spots and I’m patient.

spot on. hindsight I totally lost respect for money, I sold on eBay before trading and would HUSTLE for $1000 then over the summer I’d casually burn $10k on a random shitcoin. totally agree, ever since cashing out, deleting dexscreener and spending prob 20-30 mins a day on here, I feel way more optimistic than I did even with 2x as much money.

i’m the same age and feel the same. more than anything i think my biggest lesson will be learning to respect money because that keep clicking / numbers on the screen mentality is what keeps us locked up.

100% and I think that’s totally fine. Easy for ppl with 7 figs to keep clicking but literally holding any coin this year meant losing all of your money. Unfortunately with what we do, you feel insanely smart when you make money on retarded coins and extremely retarded when you lose. Not sure how young you are but only thing keeping me sane is that I’m still 24 and with enough reflection on the past year , I have no doubts that I’ve learned very valuable lessons.

@losingw0nder dude I think my biggest regret in life is not cashing out all my stables and buying hood in April like my gut said to, instead I’ve chopped half trying to chase a 5x when I could’ve just sized into hood or literally anything and been up 50-300%

this. why would anyone want to buy alts when companies like google are up 70% in the past 6 months, nvdia is up 3x from the bottom, and many more like this. actual things that we see and can relate to are just going up only.

my first thought after the 10/10 flashcrash was that a total leverage wipeout was probably bullish, but after giving it a couple more weeks and seeing price development it's starting to dawn on me it might have been more of a "emperor has no clothes" event which exposed the lack of bids/demand for 98% of tokens and the bounce being more of a adl/trader mean reversion recovery basically it's showing us there are no marginal buyers left as virtually no one is interested in owning these coins and prices being where they are today (highish but flirting with floors) could initiate the next round of switching hands / repricing if true today could still be a 2nd blessing of being offered a decent exit before it all starts falling apart again tldr secure your freedom if you've won it

my parents who worked their asses off for decades, being disciplined with saving/investing would get fucked overnight. The majority of the population still think bitcoin is a scam so it doesn’t stand a chance, you need something ppl believe in, if ppl stop believing in the system/dollar it’s over

I don't like the US dollar debasement trade. If the dollar becomes worthless or debases gold, silver, and bitcoin, and stocks will be useless. You'll want food, ammo, and shelter. It's a nice narrative to push to retail but you are betting on global collapse.

100% true, when I think back on the past year I felt way more enjoyment hanging w friends/gf than I did making $50k overnight on a retarded trade. took a lil drawdown for me to gain respect for money again, people bust their asses off to save up $10k meanwhile ct says if you don’t have 7 figs liquid your fucked

@jakeflippa exactly. i just try to save my mental by logging off every now and then and hanging out with my friends. most of them are happy with their day jobs making 70-120k a year, watching tv and getting drunk on the weekends 😂

the more time I spend on this app, the worse I am I think. Used to get real alpha that made me money, now it’s just everyone saying “biggest bubble ever, the world will burn soon when it pops” or “ai is taking over so the top 7 companies will go up only forever until socialism” like this shit isn’t healthy to see as a 24 year old lmao

sold on eBay for years doing decent numbers, saw some sellers move over to whatnot a couple years ago doing $1-$2k profit days consistently. Do you think it’s a viable option to launch a brand and get your first thousand or so customers using whatnot? Thought abt it recently how the next big brand might start off there
