Tracking toward roughly a D+9-10 electorate in Georgia tonight as best as I can tell. GOP Supreme Court candidates are going to need a pretty big persuasion shift.

@not_conjecture @ThePoliticalHQ Yep. Also, the ballots definitely helped the Republican candidates a lot tonight. A very good night, and that’s before six months of even higher prices!

@jakeforchange @ThePoliticalHQ Especially given that an incumbent state Supreme Court candidate hasn’t lost in Georgia in decades. Flipping one seat is still an accomplishment. Plus it looks to be a D+8-9 turnout advantage

I am begging people not to put way too much stock on nonpartisan judicial races in a primary election. The average voter knows zero about judge candidates. Ossoff will win in November and it will not be especially close. Book it.

According to @ZacharyDonnini, we are looking at an overall electorate of about D+7 in Georgia tonight. Republicans are not turning out in the numbers they needed, so far.

According to @bluestein, with 770,000 ballots cast so far on Election Day, state officials say Democrats are now slightly leading Republicans in turnout. That’s on top of the 151,977 vote advantage Democrats built during the early voting period.
