@scott_pm My Senior Director did that a few years ago. He answered calls on our service desk. It was a great experience for him and our client service team.

Have an idea. The dm and adm of a department with public facing services have to work front line jobs for a week. Like have the dm work the call centre. The adm can serve the public at a service kiosk. Builds empathy maybe support for improvements? Anyone up for trying?
