@LaurenLloris Also, not getting a salary increase or cost of living/inflation rise, is actually a salary cut in real terms. I am happy to put up with some minor inconvenience on strike days.

@LaurenLloris I am really disappointed by all the 'no's' on this thread. It was the strength of the unions that gave workers the rights they enjoy today which people forget. Most of these strikes are not just about oay, but conditions too.
