What we witnessed in London at the historic Trafalgar Square, in a country built on Judeo-Christian values, was a group of people attempting dominance over our capital city and our culture. We are not going to surrender everything that was built over centuries and defended at great cost in two world wars for us to be a free, independent nation. Today I$rael tried to kill me in a targeted airstrike in southern Lebanon as I was reporting on was the targeting of bridges and the forced displacement of 1 million people, an ethnic cleansing operation on a larger scale than the Nakba
I have absolutely no doubt that this was deliberate. Despite claims there were no warnings ahead of the strike and no notifications sent to the Lebanese Army who allowed us to film
As we have seen in Gaza they want to silence journalists who document and report their war crimes
It is the western powers who provide political and military support for I$rael, arming it to the teeth to carry out genocide in Gaza and ethnic cleansing here in Lebanon. They are not simply complicit, but active participants and should be held accountable for their actions.
But if I$rael thinks today’s strike will silence us and keep us out of the field they are very, very mistaken

If this had happened in Israel, Europe, or US it’d be covered by every mainstream news outlet endlessly, with calls for action, but because it was done to a country we have deemed inferior, to people we have been taught to ascribe no value to, there is silence.

First, the Omani FM came out and revealed that there was a deal on the table that met Trump's demands, but that he instead chose war.
And now, it is revealed that the British National Security Advisor was also part of the talks, and he too attests to the fact that A) there was no imminent threat from Iran, B) Trump could have gotten a surprisingly good deal if he stuck to diplomacy.
But the perhaps most damning quote in the story comes at the end, attributed to an unnamed diplomat:
“We regarded Witkoff and Kushner as Israeli assets that dragged a president into a war he wants to get out of.”

Genuine question, what do kids and tweens watch these days? What’s their High School Musical, Hannah Montana, Cheetah Girls, Wizards of Waverley Place, Camp Rock, Sonny with a Chance, That’s so Raven, Lizzie McGuire,Suite Life,etc? We had so much, and they seemingly have nothing?

If correctly reported, this is an astonishing view.
It means that the UN Charter can be dispensed with in dealing with Iran despite it being a UN member.
It means Iran can be dealt with lawlessly.
It also means that international humanitarian law doesn’t apply to Iran either.
Which means by extension that genocide can be committed against the Iranian people.
