For months, posting on X felt pointless. I would write something, hit publish, and barely anyone would see it. However, the account finally seems alive again. I’m taking this opportunity to start over properly. I’m rebuilding HyperBrain Labs launching five AI products, and sharing the messy parts too-the bad ideas slow days, client wins, failed launches, and actual numbers. My goal is to reach $30k in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). There’s no polished founder story here; I’m figuring it out in public, one product at a time.

@TheSpacerr I feel this way. I got into programming because I loved it and I really enjoyed coding but with ai that’s kind of gone. I still think you can do some parts by not using ai and still no be “behind”.

I need help. I miss coding. I miss problem solving. I miss deep focus. I miss getting stuck for hours. I miss the dopamine hit of finally figuring it out. AI removed the struggle. But it also removed something I loved. Now every time I don't use AI, I feel like I'm falling behind. Am I becoming more productive... or am I losing a part of myself? Does anyone else feel this? What should I do?

Spending $100/day in Apple Search Ads, update after 12 days: - Spent $1338 - Generated $1013 via ads - Generated $1342 in total (renewals + organic subs) - MRR jumped from $1095 to $2002 I had only 4 days with a positive ROAS, but of course it's not that simple (with renewals more days will be positive, in the end). Interesting point: 3 of these days are on weekends, which makes perfect sense because the app is pure entertainment, the kind of apps you use with your friends on Saturday night. I might just schedule the ads to be active on weekends only, with an even higher daily budget 🤔

My vibe-coded app grew over 300% in just 60 days and hit $10,000/mo heres the truth that nobody tells you: 1. I didn’t get smarter 2. I didn’t work harder 3. I didn’t spend a single dollar on ads I simply put my focus and attention on the most basic thing, which is marketing. The biggest confusion I see in the founder space is people overthinking how to market their app in 2026. "Do I post AI UGC content?" "Do I start running meta ads?" "Should I just do organic marketing?" If you're reading this, just cut all that out and remember this one thing that I will tell you here. 1. Create a new Instagram account for UGC content. 2. Psycho analyze and steal your competitor's organic UGC formats and structures like an artist. 3. Post two to five times a day with those formats on Instagram with a many-chat DM automation system That's all I did in the last two months, and that just skyrocketed my business, which looks like an overnight success. But the truth is we're just simplifying everything and optimizing for the best outcome. Organic UGC content is like influencer marketing back in 2015, and it's an absolute gold mine. So if you had to take away anything from this one post, it's that you need to start posting real UGC content on your Instagram with your face to start off and learn how UGC works, how to engineer virality. And if you're not willing to do this, then you're just not built for entrepreneurship. Always have a sense of urgency. There is absolutely no reason for you not to make at least $5,000 a month with a vibe-coded app. I don't have any tech or coding background. I didn't go to college. I graduated high school in 2025 and just put my head down and started working. Now close out of X and go make that new Instagram account right now

We just crossed $40k MRR 🎉 Honestly, it still does not feel real. There was no big moment that changed everything. It was a lot of small things. Shipping. Talking to customers. Fixing what was not working. Posting what we were learning. Doing it again the next week. We are still a small team. Still figuring things out. Still making mistakes. But the small wins started adding up. Building in public has played a huge part in that. Grateful for everyone following along. #BuildInPublic
