@benonwine After one month in Government 🤔 And even if Keir Starmer did resign why would there be a general election? Four Tory Prime Ministers resigned, they didn't hold a General Elections straight away. They were far to busy running debt up to nearly £3 trillion, quadrupling immigration

So you want Keir Starmer to cut immigration and solve the channel crossings crisis in one month, after the Conservative Party quadrupled immigration and did nothing for 14 years and they had the highest ever recorded illegal migration? 🤔 Seems a little unreasonable.

@bolddigger52 @shacks1986 You think Reform UK can go from 5 members of Parliament to 326, in five years? Good luck with that, because under the UK, First Past The Post voting system that's literally impossible.

@jonsopel The Republican Party will say anything to frightened voters, it's become their only tool to gaining power. So they shout as much as possible socialism, communism, about the radical left and much more, because they have no actual policies, only division.

The channel crossing crisis didn't start until 2018, are you trying to suggest homelessness didn't exist before the boats crossing the channel? UK Governments haven't cared about homeless people for decades, why weren't you bothered about the homeless before?
James Mcbryde@JamesMcbryde4

@kulsumhassam @Jenny_1884 @StuWhiteMusic What about the homeless people already in the UK who are on the streets or in hostels sort out our homeless problem first stop the boats stop the illegals before compounding the situation of homelessness #stop the boats # stop the illegals

@GreenockLassie @misspaulalondon That's unlikely, but I admire you're optimism. It's very difficult for small political parties to win in the UK, First Past The Post System. Nigel Farage has a handful of seats he has to over turn a Labour Party with 411 seats. And fight for votes with the Conservative Party.

@misspaulalondon Apparently the Tory Party still doesn't understand why it lost, it ironically thinks it lost because it wasn't right-wing enough. What? If you look at the vote share of the Labour Party, Liberal Democrats, and Greens, more people clearly voted centre-left.

@Jonteinspain @david_r_morgan It's not the first time a political party in the UK has been in government with a low percentage of the vote, but I see it's only a problem now it's a Labour Party.

@david_r_morgan Yes its logical. We have Starmer tearing the country apart with onlhy 33% of the vote. That can't be right.

Nigel Farage says he wants a referendum on changing the UK’s voting system from First Past the Post to a Proportional Representation system, which would be fairer on smaller parties. Do you support this?

@david_r_morgan Apparently Nigel Farage has got a short memory. The UK had a referendum on the 5th of May 2011, on AV (alternative Vote), 67% in that referendum voted to keep the current first past the post system.

After the Conservatives Party debacle of incompetence in Government, you clearly don't understand irony.

@TiceRichard It will be a clown show once Labour has to start making decisions. The least qualified cabinet ever. Reform needs to be the opposition in the country.

@TiceRichard The UK doesn't have PR and you knew that before the General Election, the first past the post system has always favoured the Conservative Party and sometimes the Labour Party.

Actually Reform UK are using immigration has a tool to win votes, just like the Tories did in 2019 and then the Tories quadrupled immigration. There is absolutely no evidence that Reform UK will keep their promises if they ever get into power, just like the Tories or Labour.
JD 🇬🇧@JackieD86388657

I think the Conservatives will be obliterated and Labour won't do as well as they think. I'll be voting for Reform UK because they're the only party who are on the side of common sense, they're the only party who'll get to grips with immigration and the only party that cares about the current shit show.
