@blackburnrovers Ohashi definitely deserves a new contract. Carter should prob get another couple of years but we have to just manage him more carefully. Hopefully Rudy and co will learn a lesson in terms keeping the spine of a side together. Carter, Ohashi, McLaughlin won't be asking for much.

@_ElliottJackson I don't think he would leave the NI job for a lot of other Champ teams due to the higher turnover of managers. If he signs here he'll get time to do his thing and bring his own team through. We definitely landed on our feet appointing him as he's respected at all levels.

@blackburnendpod Wherever Dolan was going to go his attitude was never going to be a problem. He got knocked back from Preston then took his chance with us with both hands. Spanish football is maybe better suited to him. He's the type to always get written off because of his size.

Blackburn Rovers are devastated to learn of the passing of Tony Parkes. A true club legend, often referred to as ‘Mr Blackburn Rovers’, Tony passed away last night at the age of 76. Everyone at the club sends their deepest heartfelt condolences to Tony’s daughter Natalie and all his family and friends at this incredibly sad time. A special tribute will be held to celebrate Tony’s life and his outstanding contribution to the club’s history at our final home game of the season against Leicester City on Saturday May 2nd.

@_ElliottJackson It's a strange season, there are multiple sides around the playoffs that have conceded more than us. Yuki, Andri and Jorg aren't bad players but just aren't effective by themselves. We've looked solid enough with 4 at the back, so think that's the way forward.
