1: our product teams ship something great every few days. for the past 2 years, I’ve made ~95% product visuals you see from @NotionHQ. some animation, graphic design, lots of demos and late nights. launches deserves visuals made with the same care as the product itself. too often now, my time is the bottleneck. I want to raise the floor. I’m looking for a motion designer who can help me turn a technical feature into a clear story, and wants to sweat the details with me.

just got back from a family road trip through Portugal. my favourite stop was visiting Manuel at Protótipo, a small natural vineyard in the Douro Valley. I recorded our entire visit using @NotionHQ Meeting Notes + customized my summary instructions to read like a journalist 🍷

being easy to work with is a superpower
i.e. following through, being responsive, having a good attitude, selfless, low ego, and genuinely trying to be helpful
I’d rather work with someone who’s an 9/10 at their job and is easy to work with vs a 10/10 but always causing friction or is a jerk who starts drama
