@cchriskelly @jameslarkin9876 @ScotlandSky Its clearly in an unnatural position and it clearly hits his hand

@jameslarkin9876 @ScotlandSky His hand is in an unnatural position it’s a penalty.

@LoughGerry @ScotlandSky Thanks, but that's not the law. I understand why it isn't clear because pundits are also at it but the law isn't just Unnatural Position "touches the ball with their hand/arm when it is in a position that makes their body unnaturally bigger"
English

@jameslarkin9876 @ScotlandSky Is his hand in a natural position
Simple answer yes or NO
Does the ball hit his hand YES or no
English

@ScottishFA @ScottishFA Can you please clarify whether the penalty was given for a deliberate handball or did the ref think he's made himself "unnaturally bigger"? These are the only two options as per the laws. I'm not sure how it can be either.
English

@LeeCFitz1888 @ScotlandSky Thirdly it's clearly accidental because why would he deliberately handle it when he's winning a clean header.
English

@LeeCFitz1888 @ScotlandSky Secondly even if it does hit his hand it's accidental. His elbow is pushed upwards towards the ball by the competing Celtic player. He doesn't make himself bigger. Arms were in a natural position initially before they are hit.
English

@MitzisLapdog @rangersrabble Even if it does it's accidental. He doesn't make himself bigger, hand was out of the way until it was knocked towards the ball by the Celtic player. Ref looks at the still for 20 seconds. Appalling decision.
English

@rangersrabble There is nothing clear about this, no one can say for definite whether or not the ball hits hand, so surely by the rules the on field decision stands. To give such a debatable decision after only one quick glance at the monitor is of massive concern.
