@DeeLeffers @FionaMattatall Well the other thing that gives it away is the timing. I've never had a bad review go up months later. People write these in the heat of the moment and at peak anger, so it's usually between 24-72hrs after they yelled at me in office. Pretty easy to spot 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm seeing some additional hesitation among fully vaccinated parents re: getting their kids vaccinated (5-12). I hope this is temporary. If my kids were 5+ we'd be first in line.
