@jamesrouel I can’t stand Barrett, but if you look at what he’s saying he has a valid point. Collingwood, Sydney and Geelong never do rebuilds and are always up there.
Hopefully it will work, and we don’t end up being the next North.
Time will tell, but either way it’s still a gamble.

Exception being I would put it in Tassie every few years once the new stadium is ready.
