@jamestonan Yeah exactly, Bentancur is surprising me. Palhinha a club signing and useful for closing out game-states, let’s see how he does end of the season.
Do you think he’ll get mins at the WC?

@MrBlackFootball I was back in London for this game and I said it was by far the worst live performance I’ve ever seen, but honestly you might be right
English

I still maintain this was the worst Tottenham performance I’ve ever watched in my life

@ProRecoil But that’s why it was so great! You felt like a king if you were the few to have a good team like that. You felt genuine superiority over everyone.
Nowawdays everyone has a good team and so that special feeling is pretty much gone.
English

@jamestonan Mate I am agreeing with you, this was never peak because no one ever had it
English

What’s hilarious about this “peak” is this is so far off what the average user could obtain

@ProRecoil The point was that it was hard to get this type of team, and it was always something to look forward to or hope for.
Nowadays it’s easy to get a team much better than this, and so interest dies much quicker

@_th3halfspace Is it really that deep though? Were any of Brighton’s players limited in their creativity or autonomy?
I thought midfielders like MacAllister and Caicedo became better players as a result of his coaching. Did they really lose any carrying ability or decision making skills etc. ?
English

giving out sequential parameters within his strict framework will be a short-term benefit, but the ceiling raising development for RDZ will be how much he can introduce player autonomy within that structure.
Will be difficult considering his poor OOP coaching but not impossible.

“Invite the pressure, the opposition decides the speed of the ball. When they come fast we have to offer angles, solutions, speed.”
Lots of nice insight in this for Spurs fans.

@Szthfc @OnMyJackJones @Mastrigt_ Nothing wrong with a coach being hard on the players. You just don’t like him 😂 grow up
English

@jamestonan @OnMyJackJones @Mastrigt_ lol you blame attitude problems when there’s a manager know for falling out with players, like pls shush man
English

@Szthfc @OnMyJackJones @Mastrigt_ Someone’s never been coached before clearly. This is high level football it’s not supposed to be sunshine and rainbows
English

@jamestonan @OnMyJackJones @Mastrigt_ Attitude issues when seen in vid of him shouting at players nice
English

@OnMyJackJones @Mastrigt_ All of these are literally player attitude issues
