@jamestorry The only way it would work is if Chansiri withdraws his claim. That’s what Mel Morris did at Derby and he as owed about £200m but claimed nothing. If DC did this would help to restore a bit of his very damaged (and deserved) reputation

@KieranMaguire is the 15pts a hard and fast rule? How are Storch and Ashley confident of avoiding it? Is there any possibility that all creditors could be offered 25p in £ but exclude Chansiri given he was responsible for the debt and admin?

@AlexJPMiller If 15pts is “guidance” and not a rule then is there some logic that suggests if all creditors except Chansiri were offered 25p in the £, given his stewardship resulted in the debt, and admin, it would satisfy EFL? I think that’s how Storch & Ashley will play it @AlexJPMiller
