No train line can possibly be more useless than @LNRailway regret every single time I book a train with them.

@WestMidRailway will be avoiding for good going forward. 30 minute delay. Cancelled half of the stops. Most of the toilets out of order. Signal issues. Then no driver. And no communication. AND now stuck in a 20mph zone? Shocking service.

@WestMidRailway hi just sat on the train to Crewe. From Euston, 3:46. No communication whatsoever. Any idea how long this delay is going to be?

@WestMidRailway Hi I am just looking to get to rugby and want to avoid buying a second ticket. It was the slower train but as long as it goes to rugby I don’t mind It was the 12:56 that’s all I know
