@LNRailway hi there, my train back to Milton Keynes was cancelled last night at 23:40. I had to get an overground to Watford junction and a taxi back from there home instead. Can you advise how I claim back this taxi cost?

@LNRailway He has been stuck at Watford since 12.40 or so had to cancel taxi from tring and I still don’t know if I need to go out in my pjs to get him at 3am! 🕒

@LNRailway how do I go about getting a refund? I am on the 5:46 from Euston to Nuneaton. We were 20 minutes delayed leeaving, a further 20 minutes delayed on route and have now been told to get off at Rugby for the next service for Nuneaton in 25 minutes

@LNRailway a joke train company, done it again. Not only heaps of delays, but get me on a train over an hour and a half late, then decide that you’re cancelling the stops between Rugby and Crewe, so change and wait for next train. Shameful

@LNRailway abysmal service. Stuck in Northampton to Euston. No updates. 50 mins later someone tells us to get onto another train. In those 50 minutes , your staff gave us one update as to why we were delayed. Service like this is why we need part 2 of 1789
