@darrenrovell It all started to go down hill for them when they brought in a McKinsey consultant as CEO who thought of Nike as a fashion brand not a sports one.
Nike spent millions on “Breaking2,” an attempt to break the 2 hour marathon by Eliud Kipchoge.
Kipchoge did it in Nikes in 2019, but it was with lazers and pacemakers. It didn’t count.
Today, 2 men do it officially. Both in adidas. The hits keep coming.
Owner of the site TrumpKennedyCenter.org, Toby Morton (former South Park writer), has turned the site into satirical content mocking Trump and the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts partnership.
Trump's lawyer, David Warrington, sent Morton a cease-and-desist letter accusing him of trademark infringement, cybersquatting under the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, and misleading the public.
In others words — Donald Trump is a big fucking baby that doesn't like to be mocked and made fun of.
Toby Morton's response to Trump's poddle lawyer was this:
"Noted. Satire is protected speech. Confusion is a legal requirement, not a feeling. Political parody is not infringement. Criticism is not cybersquatting, and trademark law isn’t a panic button for institutions that don’t like being laughed at. I’ll proceed accordingly while you go fuck yourselves. Dog bless."
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
BCOS FUCK EM, THAT'S WHY!!!
'South Park' alum Toby Morton responds to unnamed lawyers regarding his registering the Trump-Kennedy Center domain names: "Satire is protected speech... I'll proceed accordingly while you go f^ck yourselves."
@northumbriana Have you ever been into Trinity House just off the quay side? They have some great artefacts including Nelson’s desk which I think Collingwood gifted to them.
Getting a taxi home and just drove along Collingwood Street - aka ‘the Diamond Strip’ - and I feel that it’s what Cuthbert C would’ve wanted (he was a sailor after all)

Just got off the Caledonian sleeper from Glasgow to London Euston. Courteous and efficient staff, comfortable bed, superb dinner last night. Highly recommended.
Staggered by the level of incompetence of @IKEAUK second time in two weeks they have cancelled a delivery. Don’t think it’s worth ordering from them again

Services between Glasgow Central and Ayr may be delayed or revised.
@HenryBellCalcio No, we're working on getting the train clear of the line and failing this we have a backup plan in place to run trains using one line. Where are you and where are you going? ^DB
